Timberframe extension in Donaghmede

To make an extension on the first floor.

Outside:

We made new timberframe studs 6 x 2, with OSB 3 and cement board.

Inside:

We installed air tightness membrane.

We put rockwool insulation 150mm in the walls and ceiling.

We put plasterboard on the ceiling and insulated plasterboard on the walls.
